Who I Am and What I Do

My Background

Having previously worked in professional theatre, I began studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in 2008. I had always been interested in various forms of medicine, and was drawn to the way Traditional Chinese Medicine treats patients as whole people, rather than individual symptoms. My three children were born while I was in acupuncture school, so I developed a special interest in pediatrics, taking extra courses and spending two semesters treating patients at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA. Amongst my adult patients, I quickly discovered that nearly all of them suffered from anxiety, depression, and other psycho-emotional issues. Mental health quickly became one of my primary areas of interest, and I began devouring books and podcasts on the subject. This led me to discover Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy. I was hooked instantly, and knew I had to study this amazing modality. Receiving RTT sessions has helped me work through some long-standing issues, as well as new ones that cropped up during the craziness of 2020, and I can’t wait to help others do the same. My ideal clients are people struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships.
